meet our founder
To the SHE Power was founded by Polina Ruvinsky, a Woman Software Engineer and Leader at Disney, ABC Television and Rosetta Stone, whose love for her sisters came about from watching amazing women work harder and create, with unbending focus, integrity and commitment. She and the others had to learn so many things the hard way. But what if they shared what they learned and committed to amplifying each other? What if they doubled-down on claiming their place?
