From our founder
POLINA RUVINSKY
I am an Explorer and I’m here to tell you that we can all create our own paths. Women can have passion, inspiration and economic power obtained through courage, grit and support from other women.
My achievements include a 25 year tech career working for well known brands – Disney, ABC, ABCNews, ESPN and Rosetta Stone; hundreds of women (and men) interviewed, mentored and coached; representing Disney at the Grace Hopper Conference for Women in Computing; founding and running the Women in Tech group at Disney Seattle; sitting on panels with Girls Who Code and Ada Developers Academy; founding the ERG program at Rosetta Stone; envisioning and executing dozens of networking, inspirational and training events for women; succeeding in a variety of roles including Software Development, Program Management, Team Management and Executive Leadership. All this without a technical degree but with plenty of grit, vision and passion!
Now, as Founder and Executive Director of To the SHE Power, and CEO of Hype HQ my mission is to share every single thing I learned along the way with the aim of providing women with the tools, inspiration and connection to boldly design a life that surpasses their every aspiration!
