Mentoring and coaching

We mentor a limited number of women via one on one sessions with Polina. Areas of focus may include:

  • landing that first job
  • accelerating or pivoting your career
  • transitioning into leadership
  • mock interviews
  • resume reviews
  • technical interviewing
  • ad-hoc advice

We start with a single complementary session to determine compatibility.

Building networks of women is at the core of who we are. You can also contact us if you are in need of adding to your network – if we can facilitate it, we will do so.

From Our Clients & partners

Polina is the most passionate person I know about lifting up women and helping them make breakthroughs in their careers! She has coached me through various stages of my consulting company. Starting from how to conduct a successful interview and what to look for in a candidate, advising on strategies on how to solve conflict within a team, as well as helping me with setting up my company values and culture.

The value that I got from working with Polina is unquantifiable! ”

She is an avid and active listener who consistently parses out the most important details of whatever I bring to our meetings and offers thoughtful, empathetic and actionable responses. Her expertise is unmatched and I can’t recommend her highly enough!”

Polina started mentoring me when I was a sophomore in college and has continued the mentorship as I’ve embarked on my role as a full-time SWE at Google! She inspires me to find my strength as an early-career woman in tech and encourages me to look critically at the social and cultural norms of this space. She provides me with valuable insights into the industry, and she is a safe and dependable person I can go to with my experiences and questions. I’m so grateful I have Polina as a resource and mentor!

Being a mentor is not a glamorous job. It’s mostly being there through the daily and endless struggles of a mentee trying to push themselves forward.  And that is why Polina shines as a mentor.  She is not in it for glory; she is in it for you.  Her steadfast presence, wise guidance and unrelenting positivity help you become a believer in yourself.  She helps you see the possibilities of who you can be and the path you can take to get there.  Through the big and small steps of my career transition, I am thankful to have had Polina by my side for every struggle and every celebration.
